Ways to Make a Tax-Deductible Donation to Foodsharing Ottawa:

Trellis, a CRA-registered charity, is our trusted local partner. Donations designated to Foodsharing Ottawa will flow directly to us, and Trellis or Canada Helps will issue you an official tax receipt on our behalf. Regardless of donation method, please ensure you clearly indicate that your donation is in support of Foodsharing Ottawa.

1. Canada Helps
Go to CanadaHelps.org to access the Canada Helps - Trellis page. On the Trellis’ profile page, use the drop-down menu on the right to select Foodsharing Ottawa as the recipient of your donation.
Enter the amount for your one-time or monthly donation and follow the instructions to complete your secure payment. Canada Helps will retain 4% of the donation as their service fee. This option allows credit card donations.
